Welcome to our cabin garden! This is a spot I don't think
I've ever shared before, but this Summer I was inspired to set up a table for
outdoor dining here. I'm so happy to be part of the Summer Festival Blog Hop,
hosted by Kendra of Joy In Our Home! Each day this week brings something new so
make sure you see the links at the bottom of this post to see them all! Today we are sharing tablescapes! If you're new around here and joining me from
2 Bees In A Pod or elsewhere from the tours, thanks for stopping by!

This little garden below our back porch is one of my
favorite spots. It is full of locally native ferns, purple clover, and other
plants that come alive every Spring beneath our two Bald Cypress trees. We
moved in during Winter so you can only imagine my joy when this brown patch of
earth came alive like this as soon as the weather warmed! Lately I've been
transplanting some of them farther into this space in the hopes that soon the
whole thing will be full of plants!
I moved an older IKEA patio set we have had for years down
off the porch and nestled it amongst the plants. It's seen better days, but
chippy paint is still in right?! I just covered it with some vintage linens.
Since we moved here I've envisioned string lights from the
porch to these two special cypress trees. I knew it would be good!
Then I found some clearance melamine plates and bowls at
Target that went perfectly with the cushions. I added wine glasses and thrifted water glasses.
Here is the table in the garden heading towards evening and
night. I couldn't pick my favorite shot so I'm including a few!
